Oscar Sillas
Oscar Sillas, the founder of Equinox Millworks, embodies a profound passion for craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service.
Born and raised in Fresno, California, Oscar's early life was defined by hard work and perseverance. Balancing multiple jobs, from restaurants to fieldwork, his hard work and determination never goes unnoticed. While navigating the challenges of being a college dropout Oscar's relentless pursuit of success led him back to education, where he pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at UC Merced.
After graduating, Oscar ventured into project management in the Bay Area. Despite finding success in this industry, he realized that his true calling lay in entrepreneurship. Oscar obtained his General Contractors license, and founded Equinox Millworks, driven by a desire to leave a lasting impact on the construction industry.
Equinox Millworks embodies Oscar's dedication to excellence. He is committed to providing top-tier customer service, ensuring that every client receives personalized attention and superior craftsmanship. Oscar thrives on networking, collaborating with developers, general contractors, property management, and cultivating enduring industry relationships.
Outside of work, Oscar treasures time spent with his family and dogs, enjoys running, listening to podcasts, reading, and watching UFC fights. His diverse interests and unwavering passion propel Equinox Millworks forward, making it a trusted name in custom cabinetry and millwork.
